They work fine in any other operating system aside from osx86, so I'm assuming that's the problem. The keyboard is a MacAlly Icekey, and while it does have OSX drivers they're obviously not compatible. I wouldn't think the drivers would be required to get these keys working though, especially considering they work fine elsewhere. Has anyone had a similar problem? Since you don't mention it, do you know that their behavior is different from Windows, that is, that they do not move the text caret ? It's probably not it, but you never know If it can help you troubleshoot, you may want to try this little app that tells you the keycodes OS X receives.
