Hack Sleeps and wakes, but no C states

Hello Guys,
 
So I've been reading a lot lately about my Haswell Hackintosh.
 
Long story short, I was going slow to get things working once at a time.
audio (optical), ethernet, display (FB patches for ports 0x5, 0x6 and 0x7 - before the FB patches, my HDMI would be port 0x0, custom EDID for HiDPI res and correct RGB, etc.), all of that works

I installed the SSDT generated by Piker-Alpha/ssdtPRGen.sh/master/ssdtPRGen.sh V15.6
and after reboot the CPU clock speed went up and down as it should (in Intel power Gadget)
But sleep still wouldn't work 
Then I tweaked Clover configurator, added the EHC1 to EH01 and EHC2 to EH02, compiled my DSDT, but now, the Hack sleeps (led off, fans off) and wakes perfectly, Which is great!

But power Management is gone... clock speed stays at 3,4 Ghz. Not too much of a deal, but I'm more into understanding the why, than actually caring for what it does.
 
I no longer uses the ssdt.aml (now generated by the script v21.5 - IDK if it makes a difference), since I read that on Haswell, CPU PM is handled by XPM and this simple compiled SSDT-PluginType1.aml - and I got IOClass, String, X86PlatformPlugin activated.
 
So I'm cluelees, can you help me figure-it out?

How do you check switching C-States is working, beside P-States?

P-States is easy : CPU clocks uop/down. But how check C-States?

I also use the generator for my I5 i5-3350P. (i dont use XPM).

I see you have disabled P-State generate in Clover but enabled (C-States) and set C-State (1,...7) also to enabled.

Doesnt that is doule or interference with the ssdt which has already setup all for C-States?
