Help with SLEEP waking on XHC only during battery charge

Wake reason: XHC

 

So the device sleeps OK while not charging but does not while plugged in/charging. While charging the wake reason is XHC. ( in the past had EHC2 but since the laptop does not have a USB2.0 I just removed it)

While in the past this was not a problem now it is since I got a docking station and while docked the device is charging and can't sleep.

 

I tried -gux_defer_usb2 also :
