saudor
Im actually experiencing this too. Happens on both windows and macOS. Enabling ERP on my gigabyte Z170xp sli board turns off USB power but only if i shut it down from windows. Power to the USB still remains when i do it from macOS.

Bambisbute
Alleluia MaLd0n I found the solution ! All we have to do is go to the bios and activate EuP 2013 Option in Advanced > Power Consumption, It keeps the PC at less than 1W when in S4/S5 so it disables USB Port when switch off !
