Who got their AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ processor computer to run Mac OS X natively?

See my specs below. Im running 10.4.8 natively. I used Jas 10.4.7 DVD and updated to 10.4.8 straight after install.

 

I dont think its the CPU. Whats the rest of your configuration?

I'm also running 10.4.8, but with sse2 only. I have the exact processor from this thread, and am waiting for a full ppf release before jumping on the 10.4.8 kernel. I'm hoping that the 10.4.8 kernel will see this proc's sse3 capability.

That's my specs... I notice my processor seems to interfere... I placed Dual Core settings on VMWare and Mac OS X wouldn't boot - Single Core worked. Same goes with native... Except I can't turn a core off.

 

I don't know what to do, I'm afraid... I've been at this for over a month and no one's replied to my help topic. If anyone can identify anything, please do so.
