  1. i have installed OSX several times and always used EFIStudio to get QE/CI. However I am unable to get it working with 10.5.7. Any thoughts? Should I try the injectors? Thanks guys.
  2. I have done the following; 1, Installed Chameleon... 2, Installed Retail Leopard and then 10.5.5 Combo Update 3, Used Post Patch I cannot boot into system, i can only boot into safe mode. However, if I do the same thing with 10.5.4 it works fine. Any ideas?
  3. RELEASE 10.5.5

Anyone know how to boot back into leopard after failed updated?
  4. RELEASE 10.5.5

same results here. Kernel Panic at 37%. I have been able to get into GUI blue screen, however leopard just crashes. Anyway to fix this? Retail Install using Chameleon, updated with software update.
  5. Pwnage Tool 2.1 Released

    Yep works well here
  6. TimeMachine fails backup

To swap en0 and en1 I removed /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist and edited /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist That was it. TM working after I changed my onboard lan to en0 instead of en1.
  7. TM: Backup volume could not be found.

Ah no prob mate Not sure about that one.
  8. TM: Backup volume could not be found.

    Here you go. IONetworkingFamily.kext.zip
  9. TM: Backup volume could not be found.

Yep they look fine. Have you tried the modified IONetworkingFamily.kext above?
  10. TM: Backup volume could not be found.

I would remove NetworkInterfaces.plist anyway. This will reset all your network settings. also can you paste the info about ur interfaces from your preferences.plist so I can double check. OR You might need the moddified IONetworkingFamily.kext by ToH. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=HWVMONUU
  11. TM: Backup volume could not be found.

I had this issue last night. In my console it also said could not get mac address. Does yours? TM uses the mac address of your onboard lan for some reason. If it does, you need your onboard lan to be en0. Mine was en1 because my wlan was en0. once I swapped them, it started working. Remove /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist and edit /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist to show onboard lan as en0.
  12. whats the advantage or disadvantage doing the install this way compared to just using ls8 scripts? assuming i dont care about having osx already installed, etc. PC_EFI8 vs Chameleon?
  13. Leopard on Quad Core Q6600
