zEvilz Posted March 12, 2017 Share Posted March 12, 2017 I changed i3-530 to xeon x3460. First i change cpu section with cpu section of i7-860. During loading the signal on the monitor vanishes (black screen). Then i maked cpu section from linux SSDTs - same problem. I try boot with imac and macpro smbios. There are no errors in logs. Boot fine only with nv_disable=1 in low resolution. I think problem with GPU section in DSDT. zEvilz Posted March 13, 2017 Author Share Posted March 13, 2017 Boot and work perfectly after correction 1 error. Thanks very much But appeared problem - GPU is very hot. Temperature has risen to 85 degrees no-load in 10 minutes. Сhecked a finger and through hwmonitor. Working temperature in linux is 50 degrees. Maximum under loading - 75. How can i fix this?
