xtreme571
I'm assuming you've installed OS X already. Hit F8 when shifting from BIOS to booting...keep on hitting it until it shows you the boot menu. booth with -V option and see where it gets stuck. Its hard to tell wats going on without any info on where the system halts. Soündless
i have installed it, it restarts at the end of the installation, but then it freezes, it wont boot without the dvd f8 doesnt work when i boot up. i did not install any optional things from the jas dvd because when i did, the f8 menu always popped up and when i typed -v there where so many things going on that the system overloaded and shuts down Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/32072-slow-start-up-in-1046/#findComment-224850 Share on other sites
