Good Day Friends, please ask your help to understand and solve my problem because I never happened to me this and I find it very odd ..

Please help me solve it ..!

on every restart I get the MacOs report that the computer is restarted unexpectedly to me indicates annoying report which the problem occurred.

That report is completely false, the computer after starting clover r3882 or earlier version starts as normal within macos Sierra 10.12.1.

And reinstall the system several times changing definition of which used as macpro6,1 to iMac14,2 also change hard drive, also perform a new installer Sierra MacOs USB with the method I have ever used, raw USB in Windows, but then in the second restart after the installation begins to appear that report, if you can watch still ticking as if it were a macpro6,1 when I am from the beginning of the new Instlación in a iMac14,2.

The report indicates a fully Inexistente kext now in the system as this formatting and 5 times the hard disk, the kext is ALXEthernet.kext and its dependencies, in turn use the version 1.0.2 and debug version and I think from there I started giving the error, enter it in S / L / E / IONetworkingFamily / Contents / Plugins but stressed that already have installation format and clean.

It could be some drivers Clover ..? I have backed kexts config.plist SSDT and drivers UEFI64 of clover I use my machine to reinstall each format.

This could be stored in the memory Ram something ..?

Everything works perfectly, except iMessage and FaceTime that never have been able to operate with any tutorial or definition or iCloud account or apple but that's another story ..!

Please find attached the error picture thank you very much for your kind time and help

My Computer is a

Z97X-UD5H-BK v1.2 Bios F8

i7 4790k

6GB Ram

GTX-750TI

Kernel Panic Error.tiff

Well, OS X clearly complains about this ALXEthernet, so delete it and rebuild your cache. If you only deleted it without rebuilding the cache, it's still there!

Hello, thank you very much for your help and suggestions, the system was reinstated, and several times and formatted the drive ... I still get that error even having done all that, and never again use that Kext and with different tools have rebuilt the cache and permissions ..! Please do not know if something will remain stored in RAM or PRAM or NVRAM by drivers who have supported and clover for my installations use ..! Thank you very much

If it is nvram problem then give the commands in this thread a try.

MacUser2525 thks for you time,  run terminal and paste the command

sudo rm /nvram.plist

Result:

rm: /nvram.plist: No such file or directory

I think the same as you on the nvram per can not fix it yet everything works completely is only the beginning that keeps on giving me the problem you are experiencing registering a previous kexts KP and definition of macpro 6.1 when I'm in iMac14,2.
Please if you can help me with more details I would be very grateful ..!
