Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11 on a Dell Inspiron 3543

So I just recently set up my laptop running El Capitan, with a few problems I was hoping I could get help with.

 

Firstly, the CMD key seems to be bound to Alt instead of the Windows key. This is a very minor thing, but it bugs me when I reach for the Windows key instead of Alt, and end up doing something entirely different.

 

Secondly, I have to boot with the following flags, otherwise I get an instant reboot at "DSMOS has arrived"

nv_disable=1 dart=0 GraphicsEnabler=No Intel=Yes InjectEDID=true -f

This works fine, and I can use the computer, but there is no blended dock or Finder, and I have some flickering going on when windows update their contents. Can someone help me get the graphics acceleration working? This laptop also has an Nvidia GeForce 820M, but it's tacked on to the Intel card in some way that probably doesn't work with Mac, so if that can't be fixed, that's fine.
