sadiekiller
Sleep in OSX terms is like Standby, i know my computer cannot do it because it does not have an Apple Power Button. if you mean sleep my your monitor turning off, check you screen saver settings, sometimes if things are set weirdly, like mine were, it will simply never change its state. i think i had it going to sleep before the hard disks turned off or something and that caused problems. thegoat54
I still cant get it to work. I've disabbled my Screen Saver. and Adjusted the Sleep Time setting. Still the monitor stays on. Anyone got any ideas?
natedogg
I have a x1900xtx but mine did the same thing, I ended up plugging my vga/dvi adapter and cable into the secondary port and that fixed it. So if your card has multiple outputs try using the other one. Hope that helps
