El Capitan on M4A785T-M/CSM with AMD 1055T

Hello,

I am attempting to install El Capitan on AMD system and no success so far

System Info:

Mainboard: M4A785T-M/CSM

BIOS: AMI 2302 02/28/2011

CPU: AMD Phenom II 1055T
Video card: buildin ATI Radeo HD 4200
Audio: build-in 1002:791 00791 rev 00791

           build-in 1106:0397 104383 rev 1000

Codec: VT17085
NIC: RTL8112L

Memory: 16GB
HDD: WD Green 1TB

I've followed next video tutorial from YouTube

In enoch bootloader and selected USB installation media but OSX never booted into installer.
A screen shot is attached to this message with a last message on the screen
 

So far I tried to boot with following options

-v
-v -f -x 
-v -f npci=0x2000/npci=0x3000
-v -f npci=0x2000/npci=0x3000 dart=0
-v -f npci=0x2000/npci=0x3000 nv_disable=1
-v -f npci=0x2000/npci=0x3000 nv_disable=1 cpu=1

-v -f npci=0x2000/npci=0x3000 nv_disable=1 PCIRootUID=0/1 cpu=1

The very last message on the screen "PCI: configuration begin".

I did investigate the problem on a forums where a possible solution to the problem was boot options "npci=0x2000, npci=0x3000, cpu=1, nv_disable=1, dart=0, PCIRootUID=0/1". (Mainboard is ASUS -- according forum posts npci=0x3000 should be used -- it did not resolve the issue)

Many variations of boot options was tried and so far boot process ends on "PCI: configuration begin" and do not proceed any further.

Please guide me what should I try else or how would be possible to resolve the issue.

NOTE: I also followed next YouTube tutorial and result is the same
