p5W DH DELUXE setup question

Hi

 

I just got this (not build yet and ram is comming tomorrow, so now i have something to do next week)

 

Asus P5W DH Deluxe

Intel core 2 duo 6600

Asus 1900xt

kingston ram (dont remember the spec, but is on the Asus approved list)

Thermaltake purepower 680W (got for half the price because it had been in a display, never used and full warranty :-D)

 

I got 2 SATA drives im going to use, 1 for files and 1 with 2 partitions, vista and osx.

 

Is all SATA connections on this motherboard recognised by OSX or should i stick to any special one?

 

And should i install Vista or OSX first?
