Mils Posted October 24, 2006 Share Posted October 24, 2006 Hey guys i have a NEC 2500A, and MOC OS X doesn't detect it, any idea what i can do, i have tried the Lacie Drivers but it still won't work, its also probally why i couldn't do native OS X install i had to do VMware. consolation Posted October 24, 2006 Share Posted October 24, 2006 Have you set it to master and plugged it into master socket on the ide cable? It's the black one, (blue mobo, grey slave, black master; i think) make sure it's an ATA100+ cable for 16X DVDs. Some won't work with ATA66 or older.
