cba3145
Hey guys, I am running 10.11.1 on a Z87-K with an i7 etc. (not sure what else you need). I am using the most recent clover (3320) and a somewhat patched DSDT (only made my USB ports work by removing the non working ones). Whenever I am using my hackintosh for some time, when I restart or shutdown I get the spinning wheel and then a no signal for 30 seconds until it finally restarts / turns off. To investigate what was going on I booted with "-v nv_disable=1" and sure enough when I tried to reboot I got a "Restart still waiting on USB Laser Game Mouse" or "...waiting on Logitech Keyboard" etc. it's always some other USB device. I even tried to unplug everything and see if it works, but it doesn't. I did not have this issue under Yosemite. Thanks a lot! I am not usiing genericusbxhci PS: I have posted this in "Post-installation" first, but I think it's the wrong section. I tried to delete it, but I can't. Sorry mods. cba3145
Thanks for your post. I remember, back then I followed PJALM's guide to remove the nonmapped USB ports from the DSDT. Should I give the guide you linked a try instead?
