Numberzz Posted October 23, 2006 Share Posted October 23, 2006 Whenever I close the lid on my MacBook Pro, it gos into a mode where the light stops "breathing" and it takes about 15 seconds to wake up. Adrian Fogge Posted November 13, 2006 Share Posted November 13, 2006 How long do you wait before reopening the screen? If you close and then immediately reopen (within 15 seconds), it will generally not detect the screen opening for a few seconds. What you would do in that case is press a key or two on the keyboard and it will come up instantly. Is that the issue that you are having, or a completely unrelated one? I did a clean install and then tranferred my data back and it stopped. Thanks for the help though.
