Eos9 Posted October 8, 2015 Share Posted October 8, 2015 Since upgrading to OS X El Capitan I am unable to use Mail as it appears to 'freeze' while upgrading stating either "Preparing your Mail Database" or "Upgrading Library". Despite waiting hours & rebooting etc this appears to be as far as it ever gets. Any advice or feedback regarding on how to overcome this issue and get my Mail back online would therefore be much appreciated.
