Eos9 Posted October 8, 2015 Share Posted October 8, 2015 Since upgrading to OS X El Capitan I am unable to use Mail as it appears to 'freeze' while upgrading stating either "Preparing your Mail Database" or "Upgrading Library". Despite waiting hours & rebooting etc this appears to be as far as it ever gets.
