Any help would be appreciated! Derek12 Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 If the gray screen is after the apple logo and the computer doesn't freeze (see if the caps lock ley works) then it can be a FakeSMC issue. nateB Posted October 4, 2015 Share Posted October 4, 2015 Agree with Derek12. I had the issue too. Resolved it by updating both Clover and FakeSMC to the latest version, adding nv_disable=1 to flags. Got through installation just fine after that.
