Everything works great on Yosemite 10.10 but after updating to Combo 10.10.5, it show scramble line above Apple logo then finally boot to login. Everything beside that works fine. This is my video card:ATI Radeon HD 5670 Device ID 0x68D8. Do I need to do anything to remove that scramble line? I have ATI Radeon HD 5670 Device ID 0x68D8, all updates worked OOB for me, including 10.10.5 Which vga driver do you use? I'm pretty sure that its an IOGraphicsFamily problem,there was a previous patch which I used that worked till 10.10.3 or .4.
