Audio stops working after sleep

Hi all,
I have the VoodooHDA installed from the stickied thread. It worked well for me all day today until I left my laptop alone and it went to sleep. When I woke it back up the audio was disabled. I tried restarting, re-installing everything and nothing seems to work. I had let the computer fall asleep a few times and woke it back up before and the audio still worked. But now its gone.
I'm on 10.9.2

Use AppleHDA along with CodecCommander

Use this app. Put in Applications and latter going to System Preferences>User&Groups>Login Items and this App.
