Hey guys!

I've been struggling for weeks on my build. It's as follows:

- ASUS® X99-E WS: SOCKET 2011-V3, DDR4, USB 3.0, SATA 6 GB/s - BIOS Version is 1102
- 32GB CRUCIAL DDR4 2133MHz (4 x 8GB)
- 2 x 4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 970 - 1 DVI, 1 mHDMI, 3 mDP - 3D Vision Ready
- 240GB KINGSTON HYPER-X PREDATOR PCIe SSD (up to 1400MB/sR | 600MB/sW)
- 2TB 3.5" SEAGATE SSHD, SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM (64MB + 8GB SSD CACHE)

I've tried numerous methods that involved setting up a USB Yosemite Installation, patching the kernel for my X99 motherboard, adding VoodooTSCSync.kext (adding it to both Extra/Extensions and S/L/E).

The bootloader lets me attempt to boot the installation USB and I've tried alot bootflags mostly revolving around " -x -v -f kext-dev-mode=1 npci=0x2000 cpus=1 nv_disable=1 dart=0". I've tried taking out one of the GTX 970s, tried only one stick of RAM, tried disabling the serial port, tried using the USB 2.0 ports on my computer (mostly has USB 3.0) but had no luck.

It always seems to hang on " [ PCI Configuration Begin ] " and has never reached the installation window.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm unable to swap graphics cards at the moment because they're both GTX 970 and I don't have integrated graphics.

HOWEVER....I have since managed to find a method to get me installed and I'm now at the point of the Yosemite login screen for my first boot. I put my password in, the loading wheel and beach ball comes up and enters an endless cycle of loading.

How do I solve this? I'm so close!

EDIT: I'm in! Turns out install to a USB pen drive caused problems. I put a spare 3.5" SATA drive into my rig, re-installed and was able to login. Thanks so much for your help guys!
