spanakorizo
i remember using protools in a real mac in a job i had i know that in order the protools to run you must have the maudio Hardware but i think that there was various versions that the hardware was not neccesary and you were able to run protools with the default sound card anybody have any info about this? what to search for (LE,etc, version) is this possible or should i forget it? basically this was the real reason i started experiment with osx86 for protools (not compatible in pc without the hardware) and final cut also i would like to know about the final cut thankz Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/30699-pro-tools-on-max-osx86/ Share on other sites

zejax
You have to have either Digidesign og m-audio hardware. There is one version of ProTools that you can run without the hardware, ProTools Free, but this version only runs on Windows 98/ME Buy a MBox, its worth it!
