I got tired of booting 10.10 using flash so I installed clover on my 10.10 drive and marked the partition active.  10.10 boots just fine, but the clover bootloader does not properly start win7x64.  That is on a 2nd hard drive and would normally boot just fine if I pulled my USB flash.  ie:the win7 disk was the default boot but USB always booted first if it was inserted.

Anyway, I forgot this motherboard, d975xbx, does not have F12 to select the boot drive.  I also guessed F8 but no luck.

I booted the win7 by itself by disconnecting the 10.10 drive and put bootmgrw.efi at efi\Microsoft\Boot (had to create that first) but that did not help nor did ntfs.efi in that clover windows directory.

I assume I will have to reinstall win7x64 from the DVD using the clover boot but have not tried it yet as I hate to have to re-activate windows and the reinstall all  my junk.

Anyone know a way to get my already installed windows to boot?

TIA!

You can install Clover again and select use alternative booting PBR in installer then copy cameleon on your os x partition then boot windows from it read here.

Or you can set windows disk first then  boot osx from bootmgr by creating an entry in bcd by booting \boot0md for Clover files.

SUCCESS - Thanks!

I looked at your first suggestion but it was above my paygrade.  The second option seemed more understandable. I first tried easybcd but all it did was to put a grub loader (see item 2 below) that didnt work.  OK, I then googled more about boot0md and found this which gave me option 3 and SUCCESS (sort of).  If I select that option the clover boots up and I can select yosemite which then boots.  Clover still shows a non booting windows.  Maybe that can be fixed eventually but not with anything I now know.  At least I can boot yosemite but it takes 2 dialog pages instead of just one.
