The biggest 2.5" hard drive currently made is 160gb. If you are looking for more storage your best bet would be to get an external firewire hard drive. The mini is a {censored} to open (for me it was closing it up), and there won't be a large enough performance leap to justify moving from a 5400 to 7200 RPM drive. I have heard about quite a few people who saw a performance increase using an external 3.5" drive via firewire. Though I have a hard time believing this for latency reasons when comparing the actual SATA bus to the firewire bus.

200 Gig is the biggest now as MacBooks pros are coming with them. You can go with an external but unless you do a hack, you won't be able to install Applications on the External Drive. Transfer your iTunes Library to there and save your video files on the external too.
