tneely
i'm not 100% sure, but i've read that all the Radeon x1000 series have good support after using a patch, can't remember de name, but you can find it in the "hardware" section. x1600 is the default card in macbookpro and imac, so i think that is a good choice. hope this helps you. good luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/30537-agp/#findComment-211597 Share on other sites

I guess some cards work and others don't so thats why I want some one with a card that they know works. Fossie
It all depends on your Mobo. I have an x1600 pro and get QE Ci Open GL. But have terribly slow speeds. (running at pci speeds). I have the nforce 3 chipset on my mobo. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/30537-agp/#findComment-213727 Share on other sites

joe75
That would be a VIA chipset. You can use a number if ATi cards and have QE/CI. Read around the forum and you will get a idea of what works or not. I can say that a X800XT works perfect out of the box Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/30537-agp/#findComment-214627 Share on other sites
