I tried to use the ACPI Battery Kext from Rehabman and I read that I have to edit my DSDT but I don't get it to work. Can someone help me with this. I will attacch my DSDT. Thanks for the help. styrian Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Hello1 You could try to execute the battery dsdt patch for an other laptop at Rehabman´s github. Perhaps one of these is matching. Which SMBIos are you using? You need a laptop one to get the battery recognized. MBP 8,1/8,2/8,3 should work for you. Have fun.
