nastyhome
Hi, I want to play divx movies in fullscreen on my Mac OSX 10.4.6 install. QuickTime doesnt feature fullscreen because you gotta buy the pro version! That sucks! Its worse than Windows Media Player in Windows XP! Divx Player for Mac is slow in fullscreen. What other media players for Macs are there? Thanks.
JaS
you should look for vlc for os x,also all movies will be slow if you do not have accelerated gfx.
LaminarFlow
check out this: http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/25645 It enables full screen support in Quicktime. And I'll second VLC...if it can't do it, you can't do it on a Mac, but this codec: http://perian.org/ makes quicktime pretty good.
nastyhome
you should look for vlc for os x,also all movies will be slow if you do not have accelerated gfx. I got a Radeon 9200 with Callisto b008 installed. No QE and CI. Though, it appears people can get 2d acceleration or software OpenGL acceleration running...(if you know how it can be done - point me at the right direction) So is that why somehow my movies seem slow on QuickTime in fullscreen? Will 2d and software opengl acceleration help to it?
