Hello, I'm having issues booting into my installed Yosemite, where it hangs on the black screen/white apple. I am booting into Safe Mode with my installation Clover USB just fine but there are of course limitation with Safe Mode. Of note, I did not have any issues with the installation (did not require Safe Mode) using the standard install config.plist and no DSDT.

The DSDT I am using now is one that I self-compiled, although switching to a publicly available one from Tonymacx86 made no difference. I have tried with and without Intel injection that made no difference. I am not able to install Clover because loading of the msdosfs driver is not allowed in Safe Mode.

I have attached my DSDT for reference. It is patched with MaciASL with HD3000. I cleaned it up so that it compiles without errors or warnings. Maybe I forgot some essential patches? Attached is my IOReg although I'm not sure how helpful that would be as I am in Safe Mode.

CPU: Intel Core i3-2100

Motherboard: GA-H61N-USB3

BIOS: F8

Graphics: Intel HD3000

Thanks!

Unfortunately the i3-2100 has HD 2000 graphics, not HD 3000. That could be the reason you can only boot up in Safe Mode. I have a Celeron G530 (HD 2000) in one of my hackintoshes that I use for testing. I have to boot in safe mode, otherwise it doesn't boot at all.

Also check to make sure that you have rolled back AppleACPIPlatform to the 10.9.5 kext.

Hope this helps.
