Aide Posted November 22, 2014 Share Posted November 22, 2014 Hi Guys, I've just purchased a HP Pavilion 11 x2 Notebook PC (Its a Windows 8.1 Tablet with a keyboard docking station) Is there a way that I can install Yosemite on it?? I've tied to install Yosemite using the Clover Special Edition installer...when I started my machine with my Yosemite USB stick...it just got stuck on boot as soon as it started the boot sequence...no error messages are shown it just sits there and does nothing. Thanks in advance atom chipsets aren't supported in OS X since snow leopard methinks. you'd need a custom kernel,and for that you'd need mavericks.
