dreadkopp
Aloha Community. i seem to simply not getting it. I have a Sapphire Pure Black X58 Motherboard with no Uefi support. i ran clover as a bootloader which works fine for osx and linux. I got a SSD which has a GPT partition table, two partitions, one for windoze 7x64 and one for OSX. i installed windoze by applying the install.vim with imagex to the partiton because with my installUSB it would not let me install on gpt-partitioned disks. I can boot the windows fine when using another disk and using the windowsbootloader. when i try to boot via clover i get an error message "disk read error ..." is there any way to fix this? someone suggested to run the installer via clover to trick windoze into thinking its a uefi machine but starting the usb stick results also in "disk read error". Booting via clover from a install-dvd results in "cannot boot from cd error 4" Greetings!
redneck
maybe windows has to be the last install, I got this error before. I do not use win now. I thought I installed win first but maybe it was last . try installing win last. After both mac and win is working. (For safety i have 2 g usb Chameleon boot drive.) > boot with Chameleon 2390 usb drive. I think you can then install the bootloader on Mac and dual boot. dreadkopp
thanks but that appear to be not the problem. windows was installed after osx. Also chameleon boots fine to windows but clover doesn't .
