The Baron
Which installer isn't working? You seem to have installed the JaS DVD, and I take it your OS X is not fully functional? If so, do a search for each of the problematic areas on this forum, there is plenty of info here, Andy
Rammjet
NIC - need brand and model - like Realtek 8189 or Broadcom 5708 Audio - Try this: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=18642 - Be sure to read the Appendix in the guide first. Graphics - follow the Boris link in my sig. Posting #1 has a manual method. Posting #3 has an installer. They both work slightly differently and different people get different results. Installer - Go to the Utilities folder and find Installer. Right-click on it and Get Info. Check the box that says "Open using Rosetta"

Rammjet
According the HP website, your ethernet is Realtek 8201CL: http://tinyurl.com/efhf2 Try this driver and guide: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=12933 If it doesn't work, you may have to add your vendor id/device id to the kext just like you did for Audio. Go to Windows -> Device Manager. Under Network adapters find the ethernet device. Get Properties. Click the Details tab. Note the vendor id and device id. Build a string of form "0x" + (device) + (vendor) and put it in the file forcedeth.kext/contents/info.plist
falseadress
thank u this has been a help wonder what happened to sata?
Rammjet
wonder what happened to sata? Best I can tell, your motherboard has an nForce4 SATA controller. You can confirm this by reading the manual for your motherboard. In the first several pages, Asus usually prints some colored tables detailing the devices on the motherboard. nForce4 SATA is not supported by OSX. There is a hack that works once in a while, but usually results in corrupt data on the drive. Use your PATA drive for OSX.
