Devolga
Hi everyone ! I tried to create a bootable USB Install with Yosemite DP2. I use a 8GB USB drive with GUID table. I tried to create this bootable usb with YOSEMITE BOOTLOADER V2 and Macpwn. Everytime, install is OK. I see during installation a notification with "macpwn install boot-loader", seems OK. = impossible to boot with my usb yosemite installer... i selected my USB thumbdrive... but my computer boot by default on windows... I've used this USB drive before to install ubuntu and windows 8. So I can boot with this usb drive. Of course, i have already installed many OSX86 distros before... So i'm not a newbie. (10.6/10.7/10.8). Fabiuzi
I also used MacPwn method with DP2. I still can't reach the desktop, but I can boot from USB or hard disk. Maybe there is something wrong with your USB? I had this one time I installed Clover onto my hard disk, but for an unknown reason, something went wrong. BIOS didn't recognised the hard disk, and when I tried to boot from a USB stick with Clover on it, the screen just went black. Reinstalled Clover on the hard disk, and everything worked just fine Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/299289-create-usb-bootable-1010-yosemite-dp2/#findComment-2041177 Share on other sites
