SpRoX Posted May 19, 2014 Share Posted May 19, 2014 Hi folks I would like to build a hackintosh setup running Mavericks for my girlfriend and I have the following hardware: Gigabyte EP45-DS4 Intel Q9650 8 GB Ram (4x 2 GB) nVidia 8600 GT, ATi Radeon X1950 Pro and HD 3850 256 MB Is it possible to do a clean Mavericks install on the above setup and if so, which gfx would be preferable to use? Slice Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 The motherboard is problematic. ICH9 is not natively supported so some patches needed. All three videocards are not supported by Mavericks. 10.7.5 is the last your dream.
