marco.pisellonio80 Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 Ciao. A seguito di un mancamento di corrente elettrica mi si è spento il portatile. Da allora quando provo ad avviare Firefox mi esce la scritta "Impossibile caricare il profilo Firefox. Il profilo risulta mancante o non accessibile." Ho disinstallato firefox con cleanmymac (compreso i files di configurazione), l'ho reinstallato e niente da fare. Ho cercato in rete e nel blog di mozilla consigliano di cancellare il profilo e ricrearne un altro, ma quando provo a seguire le indicazioni, anche da terminale, mi compare di nuovo "Impossibile caricare il profilo Firefox. Il profilo risulta mancante o non accessibile." e non riesco a cancellare, creare o ripristinare nuovi profili. Suggerimenti? Se clicco su firefox si apre la finestrella di cui sopra e nella barra del finder c'è scritto solo firefox. C'è qualche comando a terminale per eliminare tutti i *firefox? JahStories Posted March 23, 2014 Share Posted March 23, 2014 scusa se non ho specificato, spero possa aiutarti nella ricerca... con preferenze solitamente si intendono tutti quei files generati dall' app per conservare dati riguardanti le configurazioni, solitamente, necessari per permettere all' utente di riavere la propria configurazione in caso di riinstallazione dell' applicazione. in un gioco ad esempio potrebbero essere dei savegames, in un software trial il file potrebbe non permettere la riinstallazione dopo il periodo di prova... solitamente si trovano in library/preferences/ ma si trovano anche in altre cartelle, usa il link in alto come "guida".
