AR8161 | Kernelpanic with ALXEthernet

I'am using the ALXEthernet 1.0.2 kext (through an Ozmosis BIOS Mod) on my Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H (Rev. 1.1).

Unfortunately the kext doesn't seem to be stable, because it crashes regularly with a kernelpanic. This is getting annoying.

Is there a way to fix it? This is the log from the panic:
