Xerxes
I bought the F5D7050 and followed this page: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...p;hl=belkin+usb nothing comes up under network adapter though. Am I not doing something? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/29638-belkin-usb-f5d7050/ Share on other sites
Rammjet
Different versions of the device use different chipsets and require different drivers. Some versions require the Ralink drivers mentioned in the first posting of the link. Other versions require the Zydas (now part of Atheros) drivers mentioned in the 2nd posting of the link. First figure out what version you have, then go to Google and perform a search like: F5D7050 v4 chipset -- or -- F5D7050 v5 chipset Change the version number to match your version. Read several entries in Google to get a consensus because one entry may be wrong. wondergod
the only place you can find the version number is on the box near the UPC barcode. It cannot be found on the actual device.
