Crabhunter
Hi everyone, is there any way using Chimera you can have different icons for the same type of partition. For example if you have two different OSX can you have different icons for each, same as if you have two different windows both on NTFS partitions or two different Linux distros.Mike
carbo178
Chimera? What's this? read the rules about Voldemort and his tools... Chimera included. I do not use this unsightly bootloader, and I have no problem with icons on boot, I use Enoch. Greetings Marco
Crabhunter
ok I'll reword it, Hi everyone, is there any way using Chameleon you can have different icons for the same type of partition. For example if you have two different OSX can you have different icons for each, same as if you have two different windows both on NTFS partitions or two different Linux distros.Mike
rlf
Yes and no. Different versions of OSX can have different icons (Lion, Mountain Lion, Mav, etc) but otherwise it is pretty much determined by format of the partitions (FAT, NTFS, EXT3, etc) except there is determination of OpenBSD and FreeBSD. You can review the slightly out of date theme guide on this page: http://forum.voodooprojects.org/index.php/board,7.0.html and the default icons for Chameleon in the repository: http://forge.voodooprojects.org/p/chameleon/source/tree/HEAD/trunk/artwork/themes/default
