Shigun Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 Ok, so here is the deal. I have OSX installed and everything, on my second HDD. Only thing is, this other HDD used to have Linux, and the Grub MBR is still there, so when I try to boot from acronis, grub loads. What should I do to fix this? Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 All you have to is search on Google. anyway Run these through the Windows Command Line fixmbr fixboot OR Boot with DOS and type FDISK /MBR If all this doesnot work. cbmkgd Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 Do as UC said with the dos disk, but beforehand, tell your bios to boot you on second hd first (go in bios to tell it so; or if possible, hit the appropriate F key to give you the disk boot order menu).
