mickeyd453 Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 Hi I have an Optiplex 980 which runs 10.8 very sweetly - Just tried a 10.9 install and unless i run with -x the installer just hangs. Booting into verbose mode it hangs on the attached but i cant figure out which kext is causing the issue. If i run the installer with -x i can install fine but the install wont boot normally so its still getting tripped up. Any ideas? cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

On the offchance i reset bios to defaults and applied the changes to bring it back to where it was previously and magically everything works fine so this machine is now on Mavericks and running very sweetly! thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
