USB ports stopped working after installing

Hi,

Installation seemed to go fine. After rebooting no USB ports work. If I plug in a mouse the LED lights up momentary and then turns off.

Any ideas of what kext or boot options could be used to fix this? I tried USBBusFix=Yes without success.

Below is some information about the system.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9500
USB Controller: 82801JD/DO (ICH10 Family) USB UHCI
OS: 10.9 Mavericks


The linux driver that's loaded for it is uhci_hcd if that helps at all.

during boot with -v I noticed this message
