I just inherited an iPhone 3G running iOS 4.2, and want to install older apps on it. Apple doesn't offer a lot of the older versions of apps I can use anymore. For example, I own "Find My iPhone v.2.0" but want 1.4 because the newer one doesn't work on my phone. What are the workarounds? How can I get v.1.4 to install on my phone? I found v.1.4 online, but it won't load on my phone due to the appleID being incorrect.
