revengangel
I have a MB Pro as indicated above. When i try to boot normally, i hear the chime, osx starts to load, but after about 10 seconds it freeze. When i try to boot in Safe boot mode, it boots well, i can use osx. I've tried to reinstall the system from usb and also from an install dvd, but i experienced the same problem like when i try to boot normally. In verbose mode there were no kernel panic, i didn't see any error messages. Does anyone have an idea what could be the reason or the cause of this problem? Any help would be appreciated. 3.14r2
IMO it's hardware issue. If you have a spare HDD/SSD (even USB one would do) or 8GB or more USB pen drive, try installing OS X to that other HDD/SSD/USB drive with the current HDD removed. If the issue persist, then it could be faulty MB (system board).
