Well basically I have been having problems with -- N iresh OS n -- OS X not booting up to the OS, when ever I do try to boot into it my computer will only reboot not go to the Apple logo spinner.

Here is a list of commands that I have previously tried that did not work:
amd
amd -force64
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=i386 -v
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=i386 npci=0x2000 -v
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=x86_64
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=x86_64 maxmem=4096 -x -v cpus=4 busratio=20 npci=0x2000
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=x86_64 maxmem=4096 -x -v cpus=4 busratio=20
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=i386 maxmem=4096 -x -v cpus=4 busratio=20
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=i386 maxmem=4096 -v
"Kernel Cache"=\amd arch=i386 maxmem=4096 -v -force64
and I forgot the rest, but you get the point.

The only other thing I get is a memory allocation error panic, but that is it.

Here is my computer specifications:

and I do have 6GB of ram, which I heard that you're not suppose to pass over 4GB of ram when you are installing a hackintosh

Please help, thanks.

Also I do have the retail disk but IT DOES NOT WORK WITH AMD BY DEFAULT.

If it would have been a graphics issue, the system would boot, and perhaps halt at a kernel panic/black screen.

I do not know much about AMD, this was the only suggestion i had. Best of luck :)

Btw, are you booting from USB or DVD?

If USB, you could try replacing the AMD kernel.
