chill will Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 Hello I install mountain lion on my Asus P5 mother board and everything was working fine using a Nvidia 8800 video card, my video card went bad, and I replaced it with a Nvidia 650ti with 2 gigs of ram, now when I boot up mountain lion it will try to boot and just before I get to the login screen it goes black.. What do I need to do in order to get mountain lion to accept my new video card (Nvidia 650ti)? Gringo Vermelho Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 Try booting with GraphicsEnabler=n (at the Chameleon boot GUI select your OS X drive with the arrow keys, then simply start typing). My question is how to I delete my old Nvidia 8800 kext, and install a new<Nvidia 650ti> Kexts, when I can not boot up.
