quake
I am using a 128GB SSD. I have another larger drive that has all my data on it. Is there a way that I can have iPhoto import pics but only access them from the storage drive. I imported one folder and it seemed to copy them over to the SSD. I'm not sure if itunes will do the same with music. I looked for some sort of setting, but didnt see anything. Like a Boss
I think you can just change the location that iPhoto keeps your stuffs to the storage drive. Ain't big deal. Maniac10
I just moved the "iPhoto Library" file to another HD, opened the file and it works just like before, no need to change anything. For iTunes you need to move the "iTunes Media" folder and then in iTunes preferences->Advanced point to the new location. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/290305-ssd-iphoto-picture-storage/#findComment-1929712 Share on other sites
