Hello there. I am having a few issues with sound on my motherboard. I have the latest VoodooHDA Kext for sound, and i have it working fine but whenever I reboot I have to manually change the audio frequency in the midi application every time from 192000 to 44100. now its a minor step to get sound working without static but to do it every time is sort of a pain. I've read that u need to edit the plist file for the voodoohda kext but when i edit the file there is nothing there that i can see to change. i've tried searching here, and tonymac even osx86.net and i can't seem to find something that works and is permanent. i realize my motherboard is old but lots of people have had success with it and i don't know why i am having issues.

I am on the latest version of MT Lion 10.8.4 and I installed directly to 10.8.4

I am also having an issue with my Astro Mixamp as well. Its USB and audio plays fine at the start but 1 to 2 mins into playing audio that also starts to crackle and becomes nothing but static. i'm at my wits end.

Here is the into.plist file.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem and it's driving me up a wall.
