This disk cannot be used to start up your computer

I think I got this problem. It is probably due to the size of my EFI partition on that disk is smaller than 200MB. The current EFI partition is created by Windows which has default size of 128MB. However Apple use 200MB EFI partition. If I choose another disk which has 200MB EFI, everything works.

You should have a separate drive for each system anyway.

Its nothing to do with the driver. I have verified my method yesterday. So it seems that Apple new system is checking my efi partition size before installation. Hope it helps people with similar problem.
