Here is the info you should send: Computer Specifications Operating System VMware Edition/Version Whether the install was successful or not What error messages you received if the install did not work for you The ISO image version/file you used. This info is only for records, and so that we can troubleshoot software/hardware problems with installs more accurately. You can send this info through our web form here.
