Greetings InsanelyMac Community!

I have a problem with my microphone device ( Only on the hackintosh ) I have been trying to adjust it plug it and plug it out. still no success.

The problem is that the microphone is giving away a lot of background noise. Almost like static. The sound itself is working great.

I'm using VoodooHDA 0.2.7.3

I would be really pleased if anyone could help me with my problem!

Best regards, Sheldon

I know how to do it. I just simply asked you if you were talking about what audio card i was using. :P

Be right back i'll check!

Is this a solution? http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=3739

hummm, this is a complicated codec, try this version of Voodoo, backup your first, then delete from S/L/E and install this one, repair permissions with Kext Wizard and reboot.
